How we build your home

  1. It begins with your land

    Every great home starts with its ground. We walk it with you first: the light, the trees, the way the ground falls.

  2. Then, a philosophy

    You choose the philosophy your home grows from: light, air, art, roots, earth, silence or future. Then it is drawn exclusively for your land and your family alone.

  3. And finally, your home

    We design it, build it and hand you the keys. A home that is yours alone, and stays one of one.

Seven design philosophies

Each philosophy is a way of living in a home, not a fixed plan. Yours is shaped around your land, your family and the way you want to live.

  • Light

    What if sunlight became a building material? Rooms are placed and openings cut so daylight moves through the house from morning to evening, and shade arrives where the afternoon is hottest.

  • Air

    What if a home could breathe? Cross-ventilation, courtyards and deep openings let the breeze pass through every room, so the house stays cool the way Deccan homes always have.

  • Art

    What if the house itself became the artwork? Gallery walls, murals and space for sculpture are designed into the house from the first drawing, not hung on it afterwards.

  • Roots

    What if the future remembered where it came from? Carved stone, the threshold and the courtyard: houses made by hand, in the building language of the Deccan.

  • Earth

    What if landscape became infrastructure? Rammed-earth walls, natural stone and trees growing inside the house. Materials taken from the land and built back into it.

  • Silence

    What if silence became the ultimate luxury? Thick walls, water and quiet courts. Each house is planned so the noise of the city stops at the door.

  • Future

    What if a home could evolve with the people inside it? Smart glass, hidden screens and a kitchen that grows food, built in so technology is there when you need it and gone when you do not.

Where we build: the green west of Hyderabad

Where there is still room for a garden and a tree, and the city is close: Kokapet, Narsingi, Gandipet, Tellapur, Moinabad, the Financial District, Jubilee Hills and Banjara Hills.
